- Jory is the only one who correctly pronounces the word "Tamagotchi."
- The digital pet catching on fire in Jory's gloved hand is the closest he's come to injury so far in the series. The Hannah Montana pen, Zune, and air bag have since diminished the impact of this event.
- In the season 5 clip show, the digital pet bursting into flames in the microwave was shown twice.
